Salary
The total cash range for this position in Prague is Kč772,500.00 to Kč1,081,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to Kč1,236,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay will vary based on multiple factors including location, budget, and individual knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

As a Senior Analyst, you will handle modeling forecasts, discovering insights, and finding opportunities through statistical, data mining, and visualization techniques. You will collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional teams to analyze forecast variances, understand and mitigate variance drivers, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, and deliver against high organizational standards. This is a high impact and visible role with meaningful interaction with senior leadership and goals that directly impact the business bottom line.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing data-driven recommendations across multiple business lines by partnering with business stakeholders, finance teams, and vendor managers to build a thorough understanding of workstreams and key performance metrics
- Developing and maintaining demand, workload, and staffing forecast models based on historical data
- Maintaining historical data hygiene and proactively adjusting forecast models to reflect changes in processes and metrics
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
- Making recommendations to reduce workload and improve productivity for partner teams and supervising the implementation and tracking of these recommendations
- Analyzing potential staffing risks and developing/implementing mitigation plans as needed
- Utilizing system reporting tools to analyze current business processes and support continuous process improvements
- Identifying opportunities for improvement through data by setting targets, understanding drivers, assessing performance, and modeling scenarios
- Presenting results in a structured, data-driven manner, simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences
- Developing clear and comprehensive process documentation, workflows, and detailed work instructions for services

Experience
- Previous planning or forecasting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and competence with analytical tools such as SQL, Salesforce, Tableau
- Experience with one or more statistical modeling languages/toolboxes such as R, SAS, or Python is a plus
