Title: Senior Business Analyst Salary: £55,751 (pro-rata for length of contract) Location: London (The Johnson Building, Hatton Garden) Fixed Term Contract We are recruiting a fixed term contract role of Senior Business Analyst to sit within the Corporate Services Directorate for 9 months. This role will work on the building safer programme. Building Safety legislation is described as the largest change for 40 years, signalling a sea change in the expectation of landlords. Prompted by the post Grenfell Hackitt review, proposals from the government are wide reaching and require a long-term strategy for implementation. The role will work closely with the Senior Project Manager for the Safer Buildings programme. This project has a wide range of stakeholders from front line colleagues to senior leaders. This includes Property, Development, Technical and Customer Services teams. The business analyst role will deliver analysis work for this highly complex and high-profile project supporting large strategic change delivery at MTVH. This role has the responsibility for capturing requirements, processes, data standards and data flows both for this project and feeding into wider organisational initiatives. This role will lead and coordinate business analysis within the project team, ensuring quality across the delivery of business analysis function. What you'll need to succeed Expert knowledge and understanding of business analysis tools and techniques and an ability to clearly document business requirements and processes. You will need to be able to analyse data and requirements to provide insight and recommendations. Proven experience in large and complex organisational wide change projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster good working relationships with a wider range of stakeholders as this role works cross functionally. You will have experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and Executive Sponsors. You will have experience with building and developing a business analysis framework including templates, documents and processes and acting as a mentor and role model for team members. You will need to either have direct or relatable business experience and an affinity to the work of social housing. Please note :- we do not currently offer visa sponsorship. What’s in it for you?
