We’re looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will lead high-priority Enterprise initiatives from definition through delivery, bringing structure, pace and accountability to complex strategic and transformation priorities. Your responsibilities will include undertaking financial, strategic, operational and market analysis to inform key decisions, investment priorities and performance improvement opportunities. You will partner with senior leaders across commercial, product, operations, finance, technology and go-to-market teams to secure alignment, resources and ownership. Identifying and resolving risks, dependencies and delivery barriers, you will translate complex challenges into practical solutions and clear executive recommendations. You will track initiative performance and develop Board and leadership-level communications, business cases and progress updates that drive informed decision-making.

Experience
Proven experience leading complex strategy, transformation or performance improvement initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capability, including financial analysis, business case development and interpretation of operational performance metrics.

About You
Excellent executive communication skills, with experience creating clear, decision-oriented materials and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, establish ownership and maintain delivery momentum without relying on direct authority. Highly resourceful and adaptable, with strong problem-solving, prioritisation and project planning skills and the ability to deploy quickly into emerging priorities.
