You will also participate in the design and creation of training materials to drive consistency, ensure effective system utilization, and promote a customer-centred approach across the CDD teams. Providing training and guidance on quality control standards, common issues, and best practices will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Reporting and documentation duties include preparing detailed QC reports and summaries for senior management and regulatory bodies, maintaining accurate records of QC activities, findings, and resolutions, and assisting in the development and maintenance of QC-related documentation and training materials.
