About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Agent Designer to join our ever-evolving AI Strategy team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done across Global Payments. Partnering with business leaders, you will identify high-value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic solutions, and define future-state ways of working. Your responsibilities include creating agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions. You will lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross-functional processes, and uncover opportunities for automation, augmentation, and productivity gains. Additionally, you will evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and agent frameworks, helping shape the company's vision for the next generation of AI-enabled work.

Experience
5 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions. Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.

Qualifications
It’s a bonus if you have experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries. Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, knowledge management, RAG architectures, or AI product development is also advantageous.
