An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Data Project Lead to join the team on a full time and permanent basis based at our Westminster Bridge Road Office, SE1. This role sits in a new and rapidly evolving field for the housing association sector and within Peabody. The post holder will be part of a team which is working to make the best use of Peabody’s assets. This is likely to be through a combination of delivering new off balance sheet structures and stock rationalisation. What you'll need to be considered: Data scrutiny skills, including the ability to work with large data sets and spot risks and issues. Excellent attention to detail and able to balance competing workloads to meet agreed deadlines with a range of stakeholders. Project management experience. Experience in real estate / housing sales or similar. Qualifications in data analytics and/or project management would be a significant advantage. A bit about the role: You’ll be responsible for managing a programme of work to gather, analyse and improve Peabody’s data on specific assets and/or asset classes. You’ll lead on the project to compile and analyse data, influencing the organisations stock rationalisation and transfer strategy through their robust analysis and ensuring senior management are sighted on data limitations, risks and issues. You will be expected to be the trusted data expert for high profile transactions, driving the project forward both through the negotiation period and post handover. 2 days a week working in the office is required.
