About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Hospitality Team Leader to oversee our hospitality operations at an exciting location offering hospitality for meetings, events, wedding catering, and large scale dinners. You will lead a team in delivering outstanding guest experiences in fine dining and event settings. This role involves supervising and training catering staff, ensuring quality control of food and service, managing logistics for events, and fostering positive relationships with clients and guests. Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially within the food service industry.
Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
