About the Role
The Extra Care Housing service requires driven and confident individuals to support the delivery of a CQC registered care and support service to tenants residing in the extra care housing scheme. This role will serve as direct support to the registered manager and will focus on the person-centred delivery of care and support within the constraints of agreed care plans. You will support the best outcomes through partnership working across adult social care and health.
The role offers a combination of front-line hands-on care and support delivery, alongside office-based administration to support an evidence-based model of working.

Experience
Good working knowledge of a CQC registered service and experience of team leadership.

About You
Confident and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Good command of Microsoft Office tools and online resources.

Qualifications
Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Adult Social Care.
