About the Role
At Algolia, we are pioneers and market leaders in AI Search, powering over 30 billion search requests weekly for more than 17,000 businesses worldwide. Our Dashboard Platform team is dedicated to empowering developers to ship frontend features to our customer-facing Dashboard, ensuring a great and consistent customer experience at scale. You will work on core Dashboard features, build new infrastructure platform services enabling quick and autonomous deployment using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, and develop tooling and guidelines that enhance Developer Experience. Collaboration with developers across teams to support adoption and usage of our tools is key. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead projects autonomously, plan strategically with a global company perspective, and orchestrate changes across multiple projects and teams. You will join a newly formed team of senior engineers and a manager, passionate about building exceptional experiences. While based in Paris, we offer flexible remote work options.

Experience
- Significant experience in infrastructure automation and backend engineering
- Strong knowledge of modern infrastructure management tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform on cloud providers like AWS and GCP
- Experience working at a high-growth company stage with 10,000+ customers and $50-200M ARR is preferred
- Familiarity with AI coding agents is a plus

Qualifications
- Experience with Go and Ruby on Rails is desirable
- Knowledge of modern web development technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus
