About the Role
At Algolia, we are pioneers and market leaders in AI Search, powering over 30 billion search requests weekly for 17,000+ businesses worldwide. Our Dashboard Platform team is dedicated to empowering developers to deliver frontend features for our customer-facing Dashboard, ensuring a consistent and excellent customer experience at scale. You will work on core Dashboard features, build new infrastructure platform services using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS, and develop tooling and guidelines to enhance Developer Experience. This role involves leading projects autonomously, planning strategically for company-wide impact, and collaborating across teams. You will join a newly formed team of senior engineers and a manager, based in Paris but open to remote work. Your contributions will be key to operating and deploying all Dashboard Platform features and delivering world-class developer experiences.

Experience
- Significant experience in a similar senior backend engineering role
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure management using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform on AWS
- Proficient in modern web development technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with high code quality standards, automated testing, and engineering best practices
- Preference for candidates with experience in high-growth companies serving 10,000+ customers and $50-200M ARR range
