About the Role

As Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will be a key member of the Corporate Communications team, playing a pivotal role in shaping how Civica’s people experience change, transformation and growth. This highly visible position works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure employees across our global organisation feel informed, connected and engaged with Civica’s vision and strategic priorities. You will lead high-impact internal communications that bring Civica’s strategy and transformation programmes to life, creating compelling communication plans and campaigns that engage employees and drive understanding through change. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, provide expert guidance, and influence effective communication outcomes. You will oversee the delivery of engaging, high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, clarity and impact, coordinate communications activity across teams and priorities, and measure, analyse and optimise communications performance to continually improve engagement and effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience delivering impactful internal communications and employee engagement campaigns within complex organisations.
- Strong background in transformation, change and business-wide communications programmes.
- Desirable experience of working in a SaaS or technology-led business.
