About the Role
Join London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as a Senior Manager leading the design and build of the next generation AWS AI platform. This pivotal role shapes the technical foundation powering LSEG’s most strategic AI initiatives. You will provide technical leadership for the development and evolution of a secure, scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade AWS-based AI platform. As the lead, you will own core architectural decisions, set engineering direction, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a robust platform that accelerates AI adoption across the organisation. Success in this role requires deep AWS expertise, strong engineering governance, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality cloud platform solutions. You will design, develop, and build advanced AWS cloud platform services and capabilities, lead architectural decisions across provisioning, automation, CI/CD, networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, governance, and cost management. You will ensure effective implementation of AWS Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones and mentor cloud engineering teams and communities of practice. Experience
Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud and hybrid AWS platform solutions. Deep expertise with AWS native services and AWS Cloud Adoption Framework. Proven experience building AWS Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones. Strong CI/CD engineering background. Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and GitLab.

Qualifications
