About the Role
Join London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as a Senior Manager leading the design and build of the next generation AWS AI platform. You will shape the technical foundation powering the organisation’s most strategic AI initiatives by providing technical leadership for the development and evolution of a secure, scalable, resilient, and enterprise-grade AWS-based AI platform. This role involves owning core architectural decisions, setting engineering direction, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a robust platform that accelerates AI adoption across LSEG. Success requires deep AWS expertise, strong engineering governance, and the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality cloud platform solutions.

Experience
- Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud and hybrid AWS platform solutions
- Deep expertise with AWS native services and AWS Cloud Adoption Framework
- Proven experience building AWS Enterprise-Scale Landing Zones
- Strong CI/CD engineering background
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and GitLab

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineering teams and communities of practice
- Passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in cloud platform engineering

Qualifications
