About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager, Information Technology to strengthen Burberry’s global governance, risk and control environment. Reporting to the Audit Director, you will provide independent and insightful assurance across technology, data and digital change, supporting confident decision-making at Executive and Board level. This role combines technical depth with commercial perspective, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Burberry’s global operations.
Your responsibilities will include shaping and delivering Burberry’s IT audit agenda by assessing technology risk, change initiatives and control effectiveness across the business. You will lead and oversee specialist IT audits, including managing co-sourced providers to ensure high-quality, timely and value-led outcomes. Collaborating with Internal Audit leadership, you will help evolve the Audit Universe and Annual Audit Plan, continuously challenging and improving approach and coverage. You will oversee audit delivery, workload planning and integrated audit activity, including automated controls and data-enabled techniques. Additionally, you will review audit work to ensure robust evidence, clear conclusions and alignment with Internal Audit methodology and IIA standards. Building trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and contributing to Audit Committee and Executive reporting will be key aspects of your role.

Experience
Significant experience delivering risk-based IT internal audits within complex, global environments. Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, IT infrastructure and technology governance frameworks.

Qualifications
