We have a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on permanent basis. You'll be based at the Westminster Bridge Road office. We are looking for a senior marketing professional to develop and deliver marketing plans that help us get closer to our customers and deliver our strategic priorities. You will bring insight, expertise, energy and a relentless commitment to residents to the role. What you'll need: Demonstrable experience in leading the development and delivery of content and marketing activities which show tangible results. Demonstrable experience of delivering large scale marketing campaigns and translating marketing strategies into delivery plans. Excellent written communication skills. A keen attention to detail, commitment to accuracy and a strong work ethic with autonomous drive. If this sounds like you, this role might be perfect for you! A bit about the role: Managing a team of two, you will ensure our campaigns are aligned across brand, communications and digital to deliver one voice and one brand across all channels and activities. You will work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation to advise on and champion the most appropriate marketing approaches and techniques. Some of the key focuses for the role include: Supporting the Head of Marketing in developing the marketing strategy. Keeping informed of local market and consumer insights to support area and local marketing campaigns. Developing and implementing our social media strategy and providing expert advice on how to continually improve engagement and perceptions. Using insights from research teams and other parts of the organisation to inform and shape marketing plans and activity Taking the lead in creating and delivering compelling campaigns and tracking their performance to help meet our corporate priorities. A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the office is required. A bit about us: 160 years after it was established, Peabody is one of the oldest not-for-profit housing associations in the UK.
