We are seeking suitably qualified Senior Landscape Architects and Landscape Planners with a diverse track record to join the UK Landscape & Urban Design team. As part of the UK Environment business, the successful candidate will join a diverse, collaborative team and work alongside colleagues across the UK and abroad, becoming an integral part of a vibrant, ambitious and friendly team.

As a Landscape lead, you will undertake Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments and lead landscape design on multi-disciplinary projects including urban realm and mixed-use developments, through all LI/RIBA stages, generally working in a BIM level 2 environment. You will support the continued development of relationships with existing and new clients in both public and private sectors, assist in the preparation of bids ranging from small to complex multi-disciplinary projects, and manage and delegate project work to junior team members.

This is a client-facing role involving design advice, leading workshops and stakeholder events. You will also join internal multi-disciplinary working groups promoting innovation, excellence and thought leadership.

Whether as a Landscape Planner leading, authoring and coordinating Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments, or as a Landscape Architect leading design projects from initial site analysis and concept design through to detailed design and production of planning and construction information, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

Experience
- Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
- Proven success delivering landscape and urban design projects from initial site analysis and concept design through to detailed design.
- Experience producing information for planning and construction.
- Proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley software and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluent spoken English with excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills.

Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
- Postgraduate Diploma or Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent.
