As a Senior OT / SCADA Integration & Commissioning Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering complex industrial and infrastructure projects with a focus on system integration, commissioning, and technical coordination in field environments. This senior technical position requires hands-on expertise in SCADA/PLC systems, system-level integration, and coordination of EPC contractors, vendors, and operations. Based in London, you will ensure multi-vendor SCADA environments and complex OT systems are fully integrated and operational under real conditions. You will lead commissioning activities, validate system integration, and troubleshoot industrial networks and communications to guarantee operational reliability and system coherence across PLC, network, and SCADA layers. This role demands strong technical delivery skills rather than pure project management, with responsibility for end-to-end system behaviour, cross-domain integration, and operational trust. You will also act as a key interface between EPC contractors, SCADA vendors, engineering teams, and operations, supporting FAT/SAT and project delivery readiness. Experience
- Strong industrial automation and SCADA experience
- Proven commissioning and system integration expertise in field environments
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects within EPC environments
- Real commissioning experience with system-level troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to detect cross-layer inconsistencies between PLC, network, and SCADA systems

About you
- Technically proficient with hands-on skills in SCADA platforms such as PcVue, PCS7, WinCC / AVEVA
- Skilled in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens TIA Portal preferred, Schneider, Codesys)
- Experienced in industrial communications and networks including Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC UA
- Practical knowledge of industrial network configuration, switch management, and troubleshooting
- Strong coordination and communication skills to interface with EPC contractors, vendors, and operations teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational reliability, system coherence, and end-to-end traceability

Qualifications
- Relevant technical background in industrial automation, control systems, or related engineering fields
- Demonstrated ability to lead commissioning and integration activities in complex multi-vendor environments
- Familiarity with FAT/SAT processes and project delivery support
