About the Role
As an HR Product Delivery Senior Associate within Employee Experience at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of various HR products focused on employee development and performance. You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, effective risk management, and alignment with organizational goals. Your expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration will be key to empowering employees to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include leading the kick-off, planning, execution, and delivery of HR products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data specialists, and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration across teams. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery will be essential.
You will manage the group's risk and control book of work, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, track project progress, analyze product performance metrics, and report key deliverables to senior management. Driving process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery is a core part of the role.
Additionally, you will collaborate with communication and change management teams to ensure user engagement, awareness, and adoption, and work with data and analytics teams to understand success metrics and identify areas for improvement and innovation. You will also develop strategies to maximize the value of the Delivery Team within the broader Employee Development and Progression Team.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain, including guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices. Proven project management experience within HR or employee development is required.

Qualifications
