You will be trusted to lead projects from concept through to completion, build strong client relationships, and provide expert guidance that drives successful delivery. Key responsibilities include leading and inspiring project teams, managing project budgets and financial reporting, delivering multiple projects balancing quality, cost, and schedule, providing strategic advice on risk management and governance, proactively managing risks and opportunities, using data to improve outcomes, championing innovation and continuous improvement, collaborating across Arcadis to bring the right expertise, and building trusted client relationships that foster repeat business and future opportunities.

Experience
Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion. Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23 or similar healthcare capital programmes. Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Professional qualification and/or chartered status. Valid CSCS card.
