Role Accountabilities
Lead and inspire project teams by supporting development, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure strong commercial performance. Successfully deliver multiple projects and programmes, balancing quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Provide strategic advice on risk management, governance, compliance, and healthcare sector requirements. Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities to maintain momentum. Use project and commercial data to drive informed decisions and improve outcomes. Champion innovation and continuous improvement to enhance project delivery and client value. Collaborate closely with colleagues across Arcadis to bring together the right expertise for every project. Build trusted client relationships that create exceptional experiences, leading to repeat business and future opportunities.

Experience
Proven experience successfully managing projects from inception through to completion. Healthcare sector experience is highly desirable, ideally including ProCure22, ProCure23, or similar healthcare capital programmes. Excellent client relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Professional qualification and/or chartered status is required. Valid CSCS card.
