What we’re looking for:

If so, this role is perfect for you!
Here at Peabody, we have two opportunities for a Senior Project Manager – Asset Optimisation on a Permanent basis at our Westminster bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Senior Project Manager – Asset Optimisation, reporting to the Head of Asset Optimisation, you will have a key role within the Asset Optimisation team in helping Peabody reach its disposal target and maximise the potential of its assets by applying a dynamic approach to asset management. The role will assist the Head of Asset Optimisation in creating a new asset performance model, which will create a priority index to identify assets that should undergo a full options appraisal.
To provide operational leadership to a team of project managers and sales officers in the identification of underperforming assets and lead on the delivery of the asset optimisation programme across Peabody’s existing asset portfolio.
Oversee void disposal activity, evaluating market strategies to guarantee that property sales deliver optimal financial benefits consistent with the disposal target.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Lead a team of project managers and sales officers in the delivery of the asset optimisation programme, particularly around our voids disposals; reviewing asset data to identify poorly performing properties and investment opportunities to ensure the Asset Optimisation team reaches annual disposal targets/budgets.
Assess condition of properties/schemes to include within options appraisals, including collating and evaluating key performance indicators to support investment options and ensure properties are fit for future use.
Prepare reports to support recommendations for best use of assets.
Oversee the disposal activities of property assets, including (but not limited to) the facilitation of legal documentation, contracts of sale, sales negotiation and sales completions.
Manage and maintain professional relationships with external consultants and contractors.
This role will require a UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle, a minimum of 1 - 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office.
