About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from inception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure projects meet agreed time, cost and quality outcomes. Your responsibilities will include leading projects from initial brief through design, procurement, construction and handover; building and leading high-performing project teams; managing designers, consultants and stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes; developing and maintaining project plans, programmes and delivery strategies; monitoring budgets, schedules, risks and opportunities and taking action when issues arise; working closely with clients and stakeholders to provide clear communication and effective project governance; leading project meetings and maintaining records; managing change control processes; supporting robust quality management throughout the project lifecycle; ensuring complete handover information is provided ahead of project completion; and creating an environment where everyone understands the plan, their role and how work is progressing.

Experience
- Leading construction projects from inception through to completion
- Strong project management expertise across programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management
- Managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants and supply chain partners
- Understanding of health, safety and regulatory requirements within construction projects

About You
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams
- Strong communication skills to manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Ability to work in complex, live operational environments and manage multiple interfaces
- Collaborative and client-focused approach with a commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications
- Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification
- Valid CSCS card or equivalent certification

Nice to Have
- Professional membership such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or MICE
- Experience delivering projects in an aviation environment
- Experience working on projects within live operational environments
- Strong understanding of complex stakeholder and interface management
- Experience delivering projects through regulated approval processes
