About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Capital Delivery Team, focusing on capital programme delivery including work on High Risk Buildings. This role offers the opportunity to work on our major works cyclical refurbishment programme, which includes Fire Safety Works, Cyclical Decorations and Repairs, Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, M&E component replacements, and retrofit improvement works. You will also be involved in borough-wide High Risk Buildings projects, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act. Most work streams will be delivered through existing Term Partnering Contracts.
It is an exciting time to join us, with an increased capital budget of £97 million per year over the next five years to deliver our capital programme alongside our in-house professional teams and term contractors.

Experience
Proven experience in project management, preferably within capital programme delivery and refurbishment projects. Experience working with high risk buildings and knowledge of compliance with the Building Safety Act is highly desirable.
