About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Plumber (NVQ Level 3) with a full UK driving licence to join our Non-Housing Repairs Team. You will carry out a variety of plumbing and multi-trade repairs across a range of council-managed buildings. This role requires you to work independently while being supported by an experienced team. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality plumbing and multi-trade repairs, managing your own workload, responding to urgent jobs, using digital tools to record work and order materials, identifying follow-on repairs, and keeping colleagues updated. Experience
Proven experience delivering high-quality plumbing and multi-trade repairs in a similar role.

Leadership skills to support and lead the team in the absence of the Building Services Engineer are essential.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and a full UK driving licence are required.
