About you: You will have: MRICS, CIOB, Degree, or HNC in a relevant field, or equivalent experience managing construction projects. Extensive experience in delivering multi-million-pound partnering contracts and leading teams. A strong understanding of building contracts, health and safety legislation, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
