Hours
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an on-call rota of 1 in every 4 weeks.

Salary
£52,767 per annum including a £3,000 location allowance

About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our expanding team servicing multi-site retail clients. In this hands-on, mobile role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing supermarket refrigeration systems across your designated patch. Your day-to-day duties will include high-quality diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card with personal use from day one, and you will earn full door-to-door pay from the moment you leave home. This role offers varied daily challenges and the opportunity to work independently on the road.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven refrigeration engineering experience
- Supermarket refrigeration experience essential
- Valid UK driver's license

Qualifications
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
- CO2 Qualification

- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload effectively
