About the Role
The Senior Salesforce Developer will be accountable for the strategic management, governance, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of the Salesforce platform that supports key business functions across Client Services, Onboarding, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Acting as the technical lead and trusted advisor, you will ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. This role drives transformational CRM initiatives, AI-enabled capabilities, automation programmes, and platform modernization while maintaining robust operational support and governance standards. Key responsibilities include leading Salesforce platform strategy, administration, governance, and operational health; providing technical leadership on architecture, configuration, security, and optimization; managing operational support and service management; partnering with senior business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions; overseeing release, change, and environment management; owning governance, risk, and compliance activities; and driving continuous innovation and improvement through emerging Salesforce technologies and process optimizations.

Experience
- Extensive experience administering, supporting, and enhancing enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, security, sharing model, data management, and governance.
- Proven track record leading complex CRM initiatives, platform enhancements, and transformational programmes.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flow, automation frameworks, reports, dashboards, and advanced platform capabilities.
- Experience managing critical production platforms within large, regulated enterprise environments.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic technology direction.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and product-based delivery models.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications
- Essential: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist Certification.
- Highly desirable: Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
