About the Role
The Senior Skills Framework Project Manager is accountable for leading the execution of WTW’s enterprise-wide Career Framework Phase II program. This includes role design enablement, skills strategy, and integration with job architecture and reward. The role requires strong orchestration across HR Centres of Excellence, HRIT, and business stakeholders to deliver a single, integrated enterprise framework linking roles, skills, job architecture, and compensation. You will translate business-led change into consistent, scalable outputs, combining disciplined program execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, shape evolving scope, and maintain a strong focus on practical, outcome-led delivery and adoption at scale.
Key responsibilities include project governance and delivery, integrated delivery across role design, skills, and compensation, pilot design and scaling, integration and governance model definition, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. You will lead end-to-end execution from mobilization through pilot, scaling, and enterprise rollout, ensuring alignment and accountability across all workstreams.
This is a complex, cross-functional transformation program requiring excellent program leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage ambiguity while delivering practical, scalable solutions that drive adoption and embed new ways of working.
Experience
- Significant program management experience in global HR transformation
- Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional HR programs
- Experience working across skills, job architecture, role design, or reward initiatives
- Strong experience managing ambiguity and evolving scope
- Demonstrated ability to operate at senior stakeholder and executive level
- Experience managing global delivery across multiple geographies
