About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Social Worker to join our Community Mental Health Team. The team is responsible for care coordination of complex cases under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), developing co-produced care plans with service users, and conducting risk assessment and management. Holistic mental health assessments are central to the team's daily work. The team supports service users to improve their independence where possible, as well as supporting their carers and families to ensure an effective wider support network. This role offers an opportunity to work in a specialist environment with accessible parking and convenient transport links.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Social Work, ideally with adults experiencing psychosis. Experience engaging with service users from diverse backgrounds is essential.

About you
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is essential to be considered for this role.
