About the Role
As a Senior Specialist in Quality Assurance at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), you will provide quality assurance for Securities Clearing Technology across all platforms by applying testing standards and directing test engineers. You will coordinate multiple teams through all test phases for KTLO projects in LCH SE. Your responsibilities include supervising and allocating tasks to your team to ensure successful end-to-end testing within the software development life cycle. You will manage and lead testing delivery aligned with organisational quality standards to ensure software meets or exceeds business and customer needs. Additionally, you will review and approve test plans and scripts, provide line management for both technical and non-technical testers, and oversee maintenance of customer technology solutions to ensure timely resolution of issues. You will develop an understanding of LSEG's commercial direction and how quality and technology contribute to this. Building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicating complex technical information clearly and concisely are key aspects of this role.

Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
ISTQB Core Advanced/Test Management Certified or equivalent.
Proven test management and line management experience in manual, test automation, or performance testing.
Experience managing the entire software development life cycle and software quality assurance.
Familiarity with at least one programming language, preferably in multi-tiered applications.

Qualifications
Degree in a relevant field and ISTQB Core Advanced/Test Management certification or equivalent are required. Experience in test management and line management within software quality assurance is essential.
