The role is part time (22.5 hours per week) working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. As a Skills Coach, your roleis central to the delivery of our Supported Internship programme. You will support learners with SEN to complete all elements of the programme in line with requirements byprovidingtailoredsupport. Doyou want to see what we do? If soclickhere You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplaceand achieving outcomes for the learner.You will deliver support invarious ways; 1-1 jobcoaching,working with learners to develop employability skills and embed English andMathslearning in the workplace.
