About the Role
At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. As a Smart Meter Dual Fuel Engineer, you will be part of our Metering team, providing a wide range of services including smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and handling emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of our clients. Customer service is our top priority, and you will ensure that all jobs are completed on time while providing in-depth explanations of the benefits and safe usage of new meters. You will also respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when customers need it the most. Continuous training will be provided to maintain and develop your skills, and you will have the opportunity for career progression within the company.

Experience
Valid UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year with less than 6 points). Experience installing gas and electric smart meters is preferred.

About you
Enthusiastic about customer service, able to work independently, and enjoy meeting new people. Previous MOCOPA experience is advantageous.

Qualifications
CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel. Additional qualifications such as REGT1, 3 phase, CT are beneficial but not required to apply.
