Backed by a $200M investment and valued at $1B in 2024, Flo is pioneering the next generation of AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed digital health solutions. We are seeking a sharp, witty, and culturally fluent Social Content Manager to lead the organic content strategy and execution across Flo’s perimenopause, trying-to-conceive (TTC), and pregnancy journeys.
In this role, you will own Flo’s social content engine, primarily focusing on TikTok and Meta platforms, creating relatable, educational, and empathetic storytelling that resonates deeply with our audience. You will build Flo’s presence in social search and discoverability, working closely with contributors, creators, and internal medical and legal teams to ensure credibility and compliance. This role demands a blend of creativity, cultural insight, and strategic thinking to position Flo as the most trusted voice in women’s health during these critical life stages.
Key responsibilities include building and executing an organic social strategy, developing search-optimized evergreen content, curating diverse authentic voices, shaping thought leadership, handling sensitive topics with care, analyzing performance data to scale sustainable formats, and staying ahead of cultural and social conversations in women’s health.
Experience
3–5+ years shaping organic social strategy and producing content with proven growth on TikTok and other short-form platforms. Skilled in commissioning, curating, and editing content from journalists, experts, and creators with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and credibility. Hands-on expertise in social search and platform SEO, including keyword research and search-led content planning. Strong analytics skills to translate data into actionable insights and evergreen content formats.
About you
Editorially strong with excellent writing and creative direction skills for short-form, social-native storytelling. Proactive and independent problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment. Deep understanding of health and lifestyle content performance across platforms, able to make sensitive topics accessible, witty, and culturally relevant without losing authority. Passionate about women’s health and committed to building trusted, relatable content. Experienced in briefing and managing creators and contractors with a clear, outcome-focused vision.
