Description
The post holder will take responsibility for: 1. The continued development of the Social Inclusion provision across the London OPD Pathway and delivering the strategic vision of this thread of the service, in collaboration with the Involvement team. The post holder will be responsible for action plans and recommendations. 2. Ensuring the principles of recovery, co-production, co-delivery and co-learning in all social inclusion activities. 3. To be actively involved in multi-agency strategic planning and development of the social inclusion service. 4. To work with the Inclusion and Involvement Lead, and Involvement Lead to support a service culture of ongoing Quality Improvement and learning. 5. To manage the social inclusion budget and ensure that all budgetary targets are achieved and that Trust and Local Authority financial systems and standing financial instructions are observed. 6. To ensure that all contract and performance targets are met and to lead in the setting, implementation and monitoring of local targets and actively participate in Contract monitoring meetings with Commissioners around the same. 7. To initiate and implement service developments and projects within the Social Inclusion Provision 8. To lead on digital innovation to increase accessibility for service users and to share that learning with other parts of the OPD Pathway. 9. To collaborate with social inclusion provisions within community to develop a network to support the transition of service users from custodial settings into the community and in time away from the criminal justice setting. 10. To use technology and systems effectively in the analysis of performance data and to monitor the delivery of services within budgetary limits. 11. To ensure the effective management of data services within the team, adhering to Trust information requirements and protocols. 12. To work with the Lead Administrator to ensure the effective management of all administrative services, including the provision of administrative support, order and supply of equipment, buildings management etc 13. To ensure that all Trust Policies and Procedures such as incident reporting, clinical risk management, complaints, etc are adhered to, that staff are familiar with their operation and that changes in practice follow from recommendations made. 14. To contribute to the formulation of policies and procedures, as required. 15. To facilitate the development of quality initiatives and contribute to business plans. 16. To assist in communicating the strategic objectives and current governance agenda to the team. 17. To take all possible precautions to safeguard the welfare and safety of staff, students, visitors and the public, by implementing all policies related to health, safety, security and risk.
