About the Role
As a Social Worker in the Young Croydon Service, you will hold a well-managed caseload of young people aged 11-18 where the risk is predominantly located outside of the home. You will work alongside a passionate and dedicated team of social workers and adolescent workers to help reduce risk in the community and support young people to achieve their potential and move away from those who seek to exploit them. Experience
Qualified and registered Social Workers or Advanced Social Workers registered with Social Work England who have completed their ASYE.
Experience in making assessments, implementing plans, and delivering interventions.
Skilled in managing complex cases and competent in presenting cases in court with professionalism and empathy.
Experience in a statutory setting is desirable but not essential.

Professional, empathetic, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Willing to contribute to the development and improvement of services for children and families.

Qualifications
Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
Completion of ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) is required.
