The Avigilon Alta Video UI team is responsible for the mission-critical infrastructure powering our Video Management System (VMS). We are evolving our platform to support deep-tier interconnection across the Motorola product portfolio, valuing high-performance engineering, architectural integrity, and reliability in real-time tools.

As a Software Engineer on the frontend team, you will work primarily with Vue 3, Pinia, and TypeScript, alongside a Go backend. We prioritize strong engineering fundamentals over specific library knowledge. Your role will involve analyzing, developing, and maintaining software, implementing state management patterns, integrating APIs, and contributing to a scalable ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with other teams, participate in code reviews, and help build maintainable, tested solutions.

Experience
1-3 years of software engineering experience with knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and ideally modern frontend frameworks.
Understanding of application state patterns and data flows (e.g., Pinia, Vuex, Redux) and reactivity/observables.
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and websockets.
Solid understanding of web development principles.
Basic understanding of CI/CD principles, deployment, and Git.
