You will work in tribes and squads focused on specific products and projects, with opportunities to move between them depending on your strengths and interests. We value diversity of thought, experience, and background, believing it makes a good team great. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering product features as part of larger domain-owned epic initiatives, identifying and resolving prioritised defects, participating in code reviews to ensure high code quality, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing. You will ensure high-quality code through solid testing and adherence to best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Active participation in scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives is expected. You will also create and maintain technical documentation, consider Accessibility (WCAG), Security, Observability, and Performance in all deliverables, and drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes. This includes applying knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team.

Proficient with version control tools such as Git. Strong knowledge of core Android libraries and frameworks including Compose, Coroutines, Flows, RxJava, Retrofit, and Security. Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and setting team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
About you
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a delivery team and manage interactions across the organisation, including Product and Operations. Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations.
