Specialist Neurodevelopment Practitioner POSITION: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time HOURS: Flexible - weekday and weekend hours available. As a Specialist Neurodevelopment Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopment team providing high quality diagnostic assessments as well as in some areas, offering post-diagnostic support to help children, adults and their families understand their diagnosis. A clinical qualification in Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing, Psychology (Educational, Counselling, Clinical or Forensic) or Occupational Therapy Registration with the relevant statutory body (NMC or HCPC) Must have either Mental Health experience or ADHD diagnostic assessment experience ADOS and/or ADIR trained and experienced Experience of delivering structured assessments including diagnostic observations, consideration of third party evidence and completing a full diagnosis formulation. An excellent understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and presentations in children and young people, and adults; and the differential considerations.
