The Stripe Issuing team enables users—from promising startups to large platforms and Stripe itself—to build and launch successful card programs and financial features using powerful programmatic APIs and intuitive user interfaces. The team builds the infrastructure, user-facing experiences, and partner integrations required to manage the lifecycle of a card and enable efficient money movement. This is a key opportunity to contribute to one of Stripe’s fastest growing businesses, serving a diverse range of verticals including Buy Now Pay Later, vertical SaaS platforms, on-demand marketplaces, expense management, fleet, travel, and more.

As the EMEA Product Lead for Stripe Issuing, you will lead product development efforts to build best-in-class card issuance systems, including designing user-facing APIs and interfaces, and working directly with top global users to build and grow their card programs in EMEA. This complex and challenging role requires deep understanding of user needs and collaboration across internal and partner teams to deliver a seamless product experience at scale.

You will run Stripe Issuing in EMEA like a standalone business, partnering closely with go-to-market teams to scale the business. Your role involves significant user engagement to understand their needs, working with Stripe leadership and go-to-market teams to define the EMEA Issuing strategy and roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders to build compliant and scalable products.

Responsibilities
- Lead Stripe Issuing efforts across the UK and Europe
- Shape product strategy to help users manage their card programs
- Partner with engineering to deliver new Stripe Issuing solutions to UK and European markets
- Collaborate early in the product lifecycle with design, legal, risk, compliance, engineering, and other teams to create delightful and helpful user experiences
- Own the roadmap and go-to-market strategy for EMEA Stripe Issuing in partnership with product marketing
- Act as the voice of the user in product and API design by gathering direct customer feedback
- Ensure products are built to be scalable and performant

Experience
- 8+ years in a product management role
- Domain expertise in financial products, especially card issuing, financial systems, and card networks
- Proven track record scaling products in close collaboration with go-to-market teams
- Experience building platform and/or API products

Qualifications
- Relevant product management experience in fintech or related industries preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
