Description
As a Strategic People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy, ensuring it supports our growth, performance, and strategic priorities.
Working closely with leaders across various business directorates, you will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic direction while championing cultural and operational excellence.
You’re a people person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first-rate at building strong relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. Your role will also involve brokering services from the wider People Team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of key initiatives.
You will be responsible for defining people priorities in collaboration with business leaders, leveraging data insights and strategic direction to inform decisions. Your expertise will be critical in co-designing and implementing people programmes tailored to the unique needs of each area. By embedding yourself within leadership teams, you will gain an in-depth understanding of business challenges, risks, and opportunities, ensuring the people strategy aligns with organisational goals.

To be a success in this role, you’ll have:
Excellent technical and professional knowledge, with a strong understanding of best people practices.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful and actionable narratives.
MCIPD qualification, a relevant degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven track record of operating at a senior level in a business partnering role.
Experience in leading projects, driving organisational change, and fostering collaboration across teams.
