About the Role
As Strategy Manager, you will help shape the strategic direction of Kantar’s Solutions and Product organisation. Working closely with senior leaders across Solutions & Product, Commercial, Finance and Engineering, you will address key strategic questions such as where to focus efforts, which opportunities to invest in, and how to translate those choices into product roadmaps and business outcomes. This varied, high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy, product and transformation. Projects may include sizing new market opportunities, developing investment cases, prioritising roadmaps, or redesigning organisational operations. You will take complex questions from problem definition through analysis and recommendation, helping turn strategic decisions into practical action. You will support business planning and strategic decision-making, assess market and commercial opportunities through market sizing, competitor analysis, client insight and financial modelling, and develop business cases to inform investment and prioritisation. You will lead strategy and transformation projects from start to finish, translate strategy into clear plans and measures of success, build trusted relationships across multiple functions, and present recommendations to senior leaders including executive and board-level audiences. Joining Kantar at a time of investment in AI and technology, you will have the opportunity to tackle complex strategic questions and contribute to decisions shaping the future of intelligence delivery.

Requirements

Experience
You may come from management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy or an in-house strategy and transformation environment. Experience within a leading management consultancy is particularly valuable, although comparable strategic capabilities developed in a relevant in-house environment are also considered. You will have strong structured problem-solving skills and confidence working with ambiguity, excellent analytical and commercial capabilities including market sizing, financial modelling and business-case development, and experience turning complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. You will understand how strategy informs product, roadmap and investment decisions and have experience leading complex projects from initial question through to implementation planning.

About you
You possess strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder influencing skills. You demonstrate the judgement, curiosity and autonomy to operate effectively in a fast-moving, matrixed organisation. You are motivated to work collaboratively across Product, Solutions, Commercial, Finance and Engineering teams to build trusted relationships and deliver impactful strategic outcomes.

Qualifications
While specific qualifications are not detailed, a background consistent with management consulting, corporate or product strategy roles is expected. A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment are essential.
