The role involves cleansing the streets of The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is an active role where you will work as part of a team on our van crews, driving a 3.5t caged vehicle, delivering a high standard of service, and ensuring the streets remain free of litter and dumped waste. You will comply with our customer’s Health and Safety rules, as well as our own, at all times.

Experience
Experience of working in the waste and recycling industry is not essential as full training will be provided. Reliability and good communication skills are essential.

You must demonstrate reliability, good communication skills, and a willingness to be part of a successful, hardworking team delivering a high level of customer service.

Qualifications
Valid driving licence suitable for operating a 3.5t vehicle is required. No other formal qualifications are necessary.
