The Post You will be required: • The planning and delivery of a creative and innovative quality learning programme. • To consider individual student needs, abilities, background and experiences to ensure teaching, learning and support is highly differentiated. • To use a variety of traditional, modern, innovative and creative teaching approaches to underpin and compliment learning and achievement. • To enable students to maximise their learning potential and develop confidence and the ability to learn independently as well as within the group dynamic. The Person You will be a highly experienced SEND practitioner with a minimum of three years SEND teaching experience in secondary or post-16 education with a background in whole curriculum teaching You will have experience of delivering teaching and learning to a range of SEN. Have experience of supporting learners with any of the following Autism (ASC), mental health, SEMH, ADHD, Speech and Language and Specific Learning difficulties would be very desirable.
