Systems and Intelligence Manager


Location
South East London, primarily based at Laurence House with a hybrid working approach allowing up to three days per week working from home, subject to business needs.
Hours
Full time, with occasional out of hours working required.
Salary
£64,938 - £69,660 per annum (SMG1). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point for the grade unless matching current salary with evidential proof.
About the Role

As the Systems and Intelligence Manager, you will lead the development of innovative data, insight and case management solutions across Children’s Services. This role involves transforming services through smarter systems and better insight by overseeing case management systems, user-centred workflows and data solutions that enhance frontline practice and decision-making. You will combine technical expertise, strategic thinking and leadership to ensure services have the information, tools and intelligence needed to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. You will engage with senior leaders on strategy, analyse complex datasets, lead multidisciplinary teams and identify how emerging technologies can improve services and outcomes. Experience
Proven experience managing diverse portfolios including case management systems, data engineering, business intelligence and performance. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver practical solutions to complex challenges.

Strategic and adaptable leader with strong relationship-building skills. Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. Able to balance innovation with governance and stay current with legislative and regulatory developments. Passionate about placing systems, data and insight at the heart of service improvement and better outcomes for children and young people.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in systems management, data analytics, or related fields are desirable. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
