Description
The vacancy As a Systems Build Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality change management, engaging with operational business teams to understand their needs, and implementing system improvements. Your ability to document repeatable activities and hand them over to operational teams will be essential. You will also play a key role in coaching and promoting the TOTAL workforce management system, empowering users and driving automation to reduce repeatable IT tasks. You're a proactive person with excellent communication skills, strong time management, and a commitment to professional development. You should be an experienced .NET developer with at least three years of expertise in C# or VB.NET, along with proficiency in HTML5, and RESTful APIs. A solid grasp of Agile methodologies, SQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular) is also required. Familiarity with Azure, test automation, design patterns, and SOLID principles will be advantageous. You'll need to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week and the remaining time you'll be able to work remotely. Your role covers taking ownership of the successful build and transition of new system configurations and capabilities to our operational business and IT teams. This role is crucial in managing a program of works within your capability, ensuring IT Analyst Developers deliver tasks effectively while defining a strategic roadmap for system improvements and team development. To be successful in this role, you're: Experienced in application solutions delivery, project management, and leading development teams. Knowledgeable in the social housing sector, workforce management systems, and contractor management systems. Comfortable working within industry frameworks such as ITIL and Agile. Possessing strong business process knowledge and adept at managing third-party vendors and contracts. Experienced in mentoring and coaching teams to enhance overall effectiveness.
