We are recruiting to a new and exciting role that has been introduced to give a real focus on the recruitment of our specialist post 16 provision, consisting of Study Programmes and Supported Internships. We are looking for an experienced Education Recruiter to support and develop our recruitment initiatives to attract fantastic talent to our delivery roles such as Tutors and Skills Coaches. This is a challenging role, you will need to be an enthusiastic and resilient person with the hunger to find the very best people. We want to tailor the recruitment plans to the service but understand that over the 9 locations, where we deliver our specialist provision to learners, the recruitment may look different. The right candidate will need to be able to think outside of the box and tailor the recruitment drives to the different delivery sites. This role is initially offered on a 6 month FTC and will be located in our Barnet OR Islington office with our local Supported Internship team. We are flexible on home/office working, but some presence in the office each week is essential. You must also be able to attend Team meetings in Peterborough on a quarterly basis.
