About the Role
Join us as a Talent Co-ordinator and be the first smile our new starters see! We are seeking a super-organised, customer-focused Talent Co-ordinator to join our Onboarding Team and help create unforgettable first impressions for our new colleagues. As the first point of contact for candidates, you will embody our values and ensure every new joiner feels supported, informed, and excited about their journey with us.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the onboarding process by managing reference checks, Right to Work verification, DBS checks, and induction arrangements; creating offer letters and contracts ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete; providing an excellent candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and supported throughout; handling administrative and finance tasks such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices in line with company procedures; maintaining trackers and systems to ensure smooth operations; and being a friendly, helpful voice to candidates over the phone.

Experience
Experience in recruitment administration including the use of recruitment software. You are compliance-aware but always put people first, using initiative and sound judgment to solve problems.

You have a highly organised approach and can manage shifting priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused under pressure. You are a confident communicator who liaises professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. You enjoy helping people and consistently reflect our core values. You are a collaborative team player who knows when to support and when to hold the line to maintain best practice.
Qualifications
A strong understanding of employment legislation, particularly relating to discrimination, immigration regulations, Right to Work checks, references, and DBS processing, is essential. No specific formal qualifications are stated but ongoing training and development opportunities, including qualifications and apprenticeships, are offered.
