About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Talent Development Partner to join our People Team, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This pivotal role focuses on designing and embedding a consistent Induction Process and Onboarding Policy to ensure all new colleagues experience a seamless and engaging start from day one. You will lead the development of a skills framework for frontline managers, supporting leadership and management capability building. Over time, you will expand your remit to deliver a comprehensive range of talent and development initiatives, providing meaningful learning, career development, and progression opportunities across all levels.
This hands-on role requires creativity to design engaging content and confidence to deliver impactful sessions across a diverse, geographically dispersed workforce. You will also manage digital learning solutions, conduct organisational needs assessments, support succession planning, and act as a trusted advisor to senior management and employees.

Experience
- Proven background in Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally within fast-paced, multi-site service industries such as facilities management, hospitality, retail, or property.
- Strong experience designing and delivering induction and onboarding programmes.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training content across classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments.
- Experience creating engaging learning resources and materials from scratch.
- Skilled in partnering with stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into practical development solutions.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, confident engaging employees at all levels including senior leaders.
- Experience designing or implementing skills frameworks or competency models.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital content creation tools.
