The vacancy Your typical day could start with a supervision meeting with one of your support workers before you lead a residents meeting to discuss ideas on the activities you would like to introduce at the scheme to promote independent life skills and dual diagnosis. Then you might be sharing our key performance data with the local authority commissioner at the quarterly contract meeting before meeting with a resident who needs advice about their benefits. As Team Leader, you'll be the face and heart of your Peabody community, playing a crucial role supporting the practical needs and wellbeing of residents, with a particular focus on motivating and developing your team to provide a high-quality service to our residents. You'll take the lead on promoting Peabody's services to key local authority partners seeking and delivering innovative support services considering the needs of our residents. You're a born leader and will manage the service effectively. You'll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you're first rate at building strong relationships across the business and externally to enable you to find creative solutions to issues. You'll need to be able to work 22.5 hours per week over three days in the supported housing scheme. Your role covers all aspects of housing management - everything from scheme and property inspections to identifying issues and capturing feedback to continuously improve our services and resident satisfaction. If you're knowledgeable about best practices in supporting customers with mental health needs, and like us committed to helping people flourish we want to hear from you, To be successful in this role, you're: Experienced in leading, supporting, motivating, and developing a team. Experienced in working collaboratively to support and promote recovery. Knowledgeable of best practice in mental health and substance use including the recovery and trauma informed approaches. Knowledgeable of outcome monitoring and meeting legal and contractual requirements. Knowledgeable and experience of protecting vulnerable clients from abuse.
