About the Role
We currently have one Team Manager vacancy, based in Hackney as a 12-month secondment opportunity. At Peabody, we’re committed to supporting people to live well and independently. As a Team Manager, you’ll lead and manage a team of Housing Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers living in our supported housing properties, supporting young people. You’ll provide guidance, supervision, and development opportunities for your team while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role is about empowering your team, driving performance, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers from day one.

Experience
- Experience in housing and a strong understanding of statutory and community services
- Background in providing support to people with complex needs and trauma, ideally as a senior support worker or team manager
- Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, ensuring high standards of care and support
- Experience of multi-agency working and liaising with statutory organisations
