About the Role
We’re Civica and we make software that helps deliver critical services for citizens all around the world. From local to state government, to education, to health and care, over 5,000 public bodies across the globe use our software to help provide critical services to over 100 million citizens. Our aspiration is to be a GovTech champion everywhere we work around the globe, supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day. Building on 21 years of continuous growth and success, we're at a pivotal point on our journey to realise that aspiration.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for equipping your team with detailed technical requirements through a product backlog to build high-quality products, delivering to our product roadmaps that align to Civica’s strategic goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will take complex business problems and break them into simple, elegant and highly effective user stories, ensuring the end product aligns with the company’s mission and vision of becoming a global GovTech champion.

You will play a key role in shaping and delivering Civica’s next generation of cloud-based, AI-enabled solutions across our Library solution. This is a global product that supports over 2,000 schools, libraries, and public sector organisations and 8,000 sites across the UK, Ireland, APAC and North America to operate more efficiently, improve engagement, and deliver better outcomes for citizens.

Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and data, you will help define how AI is practically applied, focusing on real-world use cases such as workflow automation, decision support, and user experience enhancement. You will ensure solutions are human-led, trustworthy, and aligned with Civica’s commitment to responsible AI.

This is an opportunity to contribute to scalable, secure, and high-impact products used globally, while helping drive innovation in GovTech.
