Hours
Full Time - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. The successful candidate will occasionally be required to work an additional Saturday.
Salary
Starting £34,381 per annum (London Weighted Salary) depending on experience
About the Role
Join our Tenancy Progression Team at L&Q as a Tenancy Progression Coordinator overseeing the progression of London Living Rent, Intermediate Market Rent, and Rent to Buy properties. These schemes provide affordable rental options and pathways to homeownership for residents. You will ensure smooth transitions and effective management of these rental schemes, supporting the customer journey for our tenants.
Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with lettings regulations. This role requires a customer-focused, self-motivated individual with an interest in the London property market.
Your key responsibilities will include managing customer databases, qualifying customer requirements, handling lettings enquiries via phone and email, supporting customers through the tenancy referencing process, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings.
This role offers hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours worked from the Stratford office. During the training period, more frequent office attendance will be required.

Experience
Tenancy progression experience in a public or private sector organisation with up-to-date knowledge of the London lettings market and relevant legislation.
